Open the picture attachment that appears on the email, save a seperate copy of it under a new name, then dump the whole email, pic and all. The copies you saved should be easily small enough to upload. When posting pics use the 'advanced' option, then 'manage attachments' and follow the upload directions, selecting the pictures, uploading to Gunboards and posting them.
