Hi team, I recently purchased MyDVD 9 via download to replace the MyDVD 6 version I purchased around a year ago. I purchased the full version of mydvd 9, not the upgrade. I installed MyDVD 9 and it seemed to work fine for a while, but after a few days began displaying the message 'The Trial version of this product has expired' when I tried to run the application. I uninstalled mydvd 9, rebooted and did a fresh install which again, seemed to for for a number of days, and now I have the problem again.

I have searched the knowledgebase, but there doesn't seem to be any note of this error, although there is a post about this happening to another Roxio product - but not MyDVD. Is anyone having the same trouble, and what's the fix? I logged a webticket with Roxio support on the same day that I posted the article below - 27 Jan, 12 days ago. I have yet to get a response, and still can't use my product. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting the registry entries for all Sonic and Roxio products etc etc etc, and still nothing. And not a peep from Roxio support in the 12 days since about how I can get the product working. I dunno what the expectation should be, but two weeks without any reply at all for a non-nooB question?
